We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible throughout South Africa.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM may be processed the same day, subject to stock availability.

  • Orders placed after hours, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and location.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Promotional free shipping may apply on selected orders.

5. Stock Availability

Some products may be:

  • In stock for immediate dispatch

  • Supplier order items

  • Backordered items

If delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS where available.

7. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure:

  • Correct delivery address is provided

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel

  • Contact number is active

Failed delivery attempts may result in re-delivery fees.

8. Damaged Parcels

If packaging is visibly damaged on arrival:

  • Note it with the courier waybill / delivery note

  • Take photos immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • If the damage is severe, reject the deliver and it will be replaced.

9. Incorrect Address Details

ANZA Online is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer address information.
